What are your salary expectations?

For a construction manager role on major infrastructure at an Omani contractor I'd target OMR 3,500 to 4,800 total package plus project completion bonus. Major project leadership commands a premium. I'd expect site allowance and travel allowance. I'm on 90 days' notice. Beyond pay I'd value project portfolio quality.
