Our long list lands in 14 days, short list in 21 days, and most CEO searches close in 45 to 60 days from brief to signed offer. Board-level searches with chair-led panels sometimes run to 90 days due to scheduling.

Retained search is billed as one-third on engagement, one-third on short list, one-third on offer acceptance. Total fee is typically 25 to 33 percent of first-year cash compensation, depending on level and complexity. Confidential pricing call available before commitment.

We coordinate Golden Visa sponsorship as part of the offer process for qualifying senior executives, working with the client PRO and the candidate. The 10-year visa changes retention economics and we recommend it for most external senior hires.

If a retained-search placement leaves or is terminated within 12 months, we replace at no additional fee. The bar is rarely tested because our shortlist and reference process is engineered for retention, not just acceptance.
