Yes! All core features are completely free for job seekers, including job search, profile creation, resume builder, salary calculator, and company reviews. We offer optional premium features for enhanced visibility and advanced career tools.
We serve the six GCC countries: Oman, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Our headquarters is in Muscat, with our deepest placement and salary-data coverage in Oman, and active recruitment activity across the rest of the Gulf.

You can apply directly from any job listing — no account required. Click Apply on the job page and submit your name, email, phone, nationality, and CV. Our recruitment team reviews each submission and gets back to candidates whose profile matches the role. You can also join our Talent Pool by uploading your CV once, and we will consider you for future roles across the GCC that match your background.
Absolutely. Use the Job Alerts feature to create customised alerts based on job title, industry, location, salary range, and experience level. You'll receive notifications via email and in-app when matching positions are posted.
Some employers choose not to disclose salary publicly. However, you can use our Salary Calculator to estimate the typical range for that role based on industry, experience level, and location in the GCC. We encourage transparency and highlight employers who publish salary ranges.
Response times vary by employer, but across the GCC most companies respond within 1-3 weeks. Our recruitment team typically reviews submissions within a few business days and reaches out directly to candidates whose profile is a strong match.
Salary
Our salary data is compiled from multiple sources including employer-reported salaries, anonymous employee submissions, job posting analysis, and government labour data. We update our database quarterly and verify data against industry salary surveys from firms like Hays, Michael Page, and Robert Half.
Salaries for Oman roles are shown in OMR (Omani Rial) by default. For other GCC countries we display the local currency: AED (UAE), SAR (Saudi Arabia), QAR (Qatar), KWD (Kuwait), and BHD (Bahrain). The salary calculator also shows an approximate USD conversion.
Salary figures shown represent the base monthly salary. Across the GCC, many employers offer additional benefits like housing allowance (typically 10-30% of base), transport allowance, annual flight tickets, medical insurance, and end-of-service gratuity. The breakdown varies by country and employer; our detailed salary reports show typical total compensation for each role.
Visa
Yes, all non-GCC nationals require a valid work visa (employment residence visa) to work in the UAE. Your employer sponsors and processes your visa. You can search for jobs and attend interviews on a visit visa, but you must have a valid employment visa before starting work.
The UAE Golden Visa is a long-term residence visa (5 or 10 years) for investors, entrepreneurs, scientists, outstanding students, and skilled professionals. Eligibility criteria include minimum salary thresholds (currently AED 30,000/month for skilled workers), specialised degrees, and professional achievements. Check the latest criteria on the ICP website.
Yes. Under UAE labour law reforms effective since 2022, employees can move between employers without requiring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer, provided they serve their notice period. The new employer processes visa cancellation and new visa issuance.

Our resume builder is specifically designed for ATS compatibility. We use clean formatting, standard section headers, and proper keyword placement. Plus, our ATS Score feature analyses your resume against specific job descriptions and gives you a match percentage with suggestions for improvement.
Account
Signing up is optional. To apply for jobs you do not need an account — just fill in the application form on any job listing. To unlock our career tools (Resume Builder, Salary Calculator, ATS Scorer, Career Paths, etc.), sign in with LinkedIn or Google for a seamless experience. To be considered for future roles, join our Talent Pool by uploading your CV.
You control your visibility. By default, your profile is visible to employers who search our database. You can set your profile to "Private" to hide it from employer searches while still being able to apply for jobs. You can also choose which information is visible on your public profile.
You can request account deletion from your profile settings. This permanently removes your account, profile, applications, and reviews. We comply fully with UAE data protection regulations. Deletion is processed within 30 days, after which all your personal data is permanently erased from our systems.
