Talent Arabia Business LLC is now certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for Information Security Management Systems.

The certificate was issued by SCK Certifications Pvt. Ltd. and covers our complete service portfolio across the Gulf region.

What ISO 27001 means for our clients

ISO/IEC 27001 is the world's leading standard for information security. It requires organisations to identify the information assets they handle, assess the risks to those assets, design a system of controls that reduces those risks to acceptable levels, and continuously monitor and improve that system.

For our clients, this means the candidate data, payroll records, identity documents, contracts, training results, and assessment outputs that pass through Talent Arabia sit inside a documented, audited, and continuously reviewed security framework. Not a privacy policy. Not a checkbox.

Why this matters more than ever

The data we handle on behalf of clients is uniquely sensitive. CVs include passport numbers, family details, salary history. Payroll runs include bank details, national IDs, and social insurance numbers. EOR contracts contain visa, sponsorship, and tax information.

Oman's Personal Data Protection Law and the broader privacy regimes across the GCC place real obligations on every organisation that processes this kind of data. ISO 27001 gives us the operating system to meet those obligations and to prove it under audit.

Two certifications, one quality system

This is our second ISO certification in the past year. Earlier we became ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management. Together, the two standards cover the two things our clients care about most: that the work is done well, and that the data behind the work is kept safe.

What is next

Like ISO 9001, ISO 27001 is not a one-off achievement. Maintaining the certification requires annual surveillance audits, internal management reviews, risk reassessments, and continuous control improvements. We will be doing all of those, year on year.
