Investigate: is content indexed, is metadata complete, is search query well-formed. SharePoint search needs proper metadata and refiners; if content is poorly tagged, search returns poor results. Educate users on tagging discipline. Search quality reflects content management quality.

What are your salary expectations?
For a mid-level SharePoint developer role at an Omani enterprise I'd target OMR 900 to 1,300 total package depending on scope and team responsibility. Roles with significant SPFx development pay more. I'd value Microsoft certification budget. I'm on 30 days' notice. Beyond pay I'd value the M365 strategy.
