Last year I delivered the customer onboarding workflow application: 50+ activity types, complex routing per customer type and product, integration with KYC systems, document management. Six months of work. Outcome: onboarding cycle time reduced from days to hours, regulatory compliance built in. BPM applications transform operations when done well; create friction when done poorly.

I'd expect annual bonus and certification budget. I'm on 60 days' notice. Beyond pay I'd value the workflow modernisation strategy.
