User reported intermittent slow response. Investigated: DNS resolution timing showed pattern of timeouts to one resolver. Under senior guidance: configuration changes per approved templates, health monitoring review, capacity monitoring. I'm building knowledge to take on more independent work; senior provides oversight. Load balancer configuration mistakes affect applications widely; learning under supervision is the responsible path.
