Last year I led the Power9 to Power10 refresh: 12 frames migrated, 200+ LPARs, PowerVM live partition mobility for minimal downtime, performance characterisation post-migration. Six months of work. Outcome: significant compute uplift, footprint reduced, ready for current workload growth. Power migrations need careful planning; live migration capabilities are powerful but complex.

I'd expect annual bonus, on-call allowance, IBM certification budget. I'm on 60-90 days' notice. Beyond pay I'd value the platform strategy.
