Last year I led the executive conference centre AV: high-end videoconferencing, presentation systems, room control, recording. Six months of planning and installation. Live and used in major corporate events. Modern AV done well is invisible; done poorly is highly visible.

Roles with significant transformation responsibility pay more. I'd value AVIXA certification renewal. I'm on 30-60 days' notice. Beyond pay I'd value the technology budget.
