What are your salary expectations?
For an analytics and reporting lead role at an Omani Tier-1 bank I'd target OMR 2,600 to 3,400 total package depending on team size and platform scope. Roles with significant transformation responsibility pay more. I'd expect annual bonus and certification budget. I'm on 60-90 days' notice. Beyond pay I'd value the bank's analytics maturity.
