  • Oversee daily operations of the concentrator plant (crushing, grinding, classification, flotation, thickening, filtration).
  • Lead and coordinate the process team including control room operators, field operators, and technicians.
  • Ensure production targets are met as per daily, weekly, and monthly plant plans.
  • Monitor throughput, recovery, and product quality; adjust processes as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and work with metallurgical/technical teams on improvements.
  • Plan shift schedules, allocate manpower, and manage shift performance and handovers.
  • Enforce compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and SOPs.
  • Track and analyze process KPIs (feed rate, recovery, tailing losses, reagent dosage, downtime).
  • Prepare and submit daily production reports, deviation logs, and shift summaries.
  • Train and mentor process staff to enhance operational knowledge and safety culture.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, instrumentation, electrical, and laboratory teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor and control consumable usage (reagents, grinding media, water, power).
  • Manage process-related emergencies, ensuring safe and timely resolution.

    Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or related field.
