Key Tasks and Duties<br />
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.<br />
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.<br />
• Create and manage detailed sales plans and forecasts.<br />
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.<br />
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide development plans.<br />
• Motivate and lead the team to meet sales objectives.<br />
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.<br />
• Lead negotiations, presentations, and closings for high-value deals.<br />
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.<br />
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and team activities.<br />
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for underperformance.<br />
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and interactions.<br />

<p>Qualification<br />
