* Duties and Responsibilities – Define build and execute the overall BI & Analytics framework for Payments Acquiring.

Create data based actionable insights that can be leveraged by Business Team.

Manage ad-hoc data insights / analysis requests for Acquiring business team.

Create & publish Daily / Monthly KPIs and work on the plan on how to improve the same.

Initiate Campaigns to drive KPIs to measure the efficiency of the campaigns.

Should be able to conceptualize the Reporting Framework for various KPIs in SSRS Power BI

Appropriately prepares or translates unstructured data into structured data to integrate with other data and analyses for use with insight discovery.

Conduct thorough quality assurance of the data feeds as well as the analytical capabilities

Develop compelling summaries that visualize the data through narrative dashboards to clearly tell a succinct story in easy to understand ways

Demonstrate analytic curiosity and a desire to understand challenges to contribute to matrix team reviews and strategic discussions for insight discovery

* a) Qualifications

Engineer / Post-graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum 5 years of experience

1. b) Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of running BI & Analytics on Acquiring side of Payments industry with either Fintech s or banks

Experience in the analytics industry with proven track record of delivering business intelligence, analytics & data visualization solutions

Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.

Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.

Should have basic knowledge on SQL, SSRS & Power BI

Should be quick in understanding User requirements and provide solutions / value addition to the business Users

Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
