Job Description

Position –  Manager Business Planning & Analytics

 

Department – Strategic Alliances

 

Location – Gurugram

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Planning

Carry out comprehensive and timely business planning and deploy plan for revenue

Sales Forecasting/planning for business weekly/periodic

Detailed revenue and expense planning

Analysis and in-sighting of current situation (internal and market) to

derive relevant trends.

Support Management with insightful performance analysis for better

decision making

Support in formulation of business strategy

Support in preparation for Board Meetings, MBR /Distribution meets

and other Presentations as per requirement

Performance Management Analytics

Conceptualize, design and improve reporting mechanisms /

dashboards / Reports along with key stakeholders for Performance

Management

Understanding data/report needs of Sales Channels and key Strategic

Initiatives

Data analytics for management support and decision making through

early warning signals/lead indicator reports

Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages

Ensuring adherence to agreed TAT and accuracy of the data request

Manage adhoc data requirements

Variable Compensation for Sales force

Design sales incentive schemes for the channel

Monitor variable compensation design adherence to budgets and

efficacy

Enable field sales force with Performance Management tools and

periodic reports

Ensure statutory compliances

Project Management and Automation

Development of new functionalities per needs of Sales force

Promote usage of technology platforms

Onboard and assimilate new business partners to Life systems in

a timely manner

Coordinate and collaborate with the concerned MLI departments to

execute the onboarding project for any new partners

Lead Sales Promotion Initiatives and ensure timely fulfillment

Designing and executing innovative Sales Promotion Activities like

Reward &   Recognition programs, Sizzlers and Contests for the sales

teams.

Develop analytical capabilities with support functions for assessing

contest efficacy within approved Cost and Time Budgets

Leading fulfillment and resolution for initiatives thereby impacting

satisfaction scores positively

Creating and implementing a complete communication plan for all

sales promotion activities
