About The Role
- Response to clients’ inquiries through calls, whatsapp, emails and in person.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and services.
- Qualify the received leads/inquires and assign them to the right consultant accordingly.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customers through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communications policies and procedures set by the company.
- Keep records of all clients’ interactions and update the CRM System accurately.
- Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure meeting client’s needs.
- Follow up with the clients on regular basis to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
About The Applicant
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, Client Relations, or related field.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Strong analytical and comprehension skills.
- Good communication skills.
