A leading Chemical company is actively recruiting a Senior Production Executive for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

– Oversee all aspects of production processes ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

– Involve in developing daily production plans, schedules, and strategies to optimize production efficiency.

– Conduct thorough testing of chemical parameters of lubricant additives after production to verify quality and consistency.

– Lead and manage production team members providing guidance and support to enhance their skills, and productivity and achieve production goals.

– Ensure production operations align with SOP and compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.

– Liaise with the logistics and procurement team to manage and maintain inventory levels within the production plant.

– Prepare and maintain production-related documents, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

Requirements

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

– Diploma/Degree in Engineering or similar.

– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a specialty chemical distributor plant within the UAE.

– Strong knowledge of production processes, utility maintenance, quality control, and safety regulations.

– Excellent leadership and team management skills.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
