We are working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Head of Engineering to be based in Saudi Arabia .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

– Manage all projects across different company sites including managing engineering managers ensuring their adherence to established systems and regulations.

– Control costs and manage the finances of the function.

– Analyse financial information, and prepare and manage operating and capital budgets.

– Lead the negotiation and management of third-party contracts for new equipment installation, procurement, maintenance, building, or system upgrades.

– Establish systems for documenting and maintaining process validation and project drawings compliance.

Requirements

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. An MBA or any relevant certificate is a plus.

– Minimum 10 years’ experience leading and managing a team.

– Must have FMCG/Pharmaceuticals Industry experience.

– Strong analytical and project management skills.

– Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
