As an Strategic Transformation Project Manager you will be deployed across the various organisations within the portfolio to perform strategic restructuring, transformation and business improvement engagements to enable the continued growth of the company

Description

* Conduct “as is” assessments and developing strategic transformation plans, with clear deliverables and time frames in line with the strategic objectives of the entity

* Establishing the appropriate frameworks and processes required to achieve the desired transformation

* Prepare and deliver detailed presentations to provide updates on project progress

* Conduct market research and benchmarking activities, leveraging your findings accordingly in your strategic planning

* Liaise with and influencing key stakeholders to enable full implementation of strategic transformation initiatives

Requirements

* 3-5 years experience in a strategy and transformation role with an international consulting firm. Middle Eastern experience preferred

* Previous exposure to a broad range of sectors, and comfortable moving between both digital and standard business transformation engagements at pace is essential

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* Ability to process large volumes of information and summarise key findings, alongside strong organisational and project management skills
