As the PMO Lead, you will set up the PMO, define its structure & processes, create a governance framework, and develop and maintain reporting mechanisms.

A very successful, leading organisation in Dubai, looking to hire a PMO to define the program structure, processes and governance framework.

Description

* Setup and run the PMO for the programme, defining its structure, processes, and governance framework.

* Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent project execution.

* Develop and maintain program-level reporting mechanisms, including dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.

* Establish quality assurance processes, to ensure deliverables meet defined standards.

* Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure their deliverables align with program goals.

Requirements

* Strong communications skills, with having the ability to measure tangible benefits of a program.

* Must have been part of at least 1 ERP implementation in the past.

* Preference for candidates who have been a part of an ERP transformation in the Retail industry / Finance end to end ERP transformation.

* 8 to 10 years of PMO/project/programme management experience, with at least 2-3 years of experience of PMO in a ERP transformation.
