Job Summary:

The Commercials and Contracts Lead is responsible for driving commercial excellence and ensuring the successful management of contracts with clients to deliver Managed Services. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and other key stakeholders to negotiate and structure appropriate commercial agreements and contractual terms that align with business objectives to deliver value to clients

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Management /Administration or equivalent

– Master’s Degree in Procurement, Business Management /Administration or equivalent from an accredited university is preferred Certifications in relevant domains (e.g. PMP or equivalent) would be advantageous


Years of Experience:

– Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a professional services environment or in a commercial specialist role with a leading firm, preferably in the Middle East region
