As a Director in the expanding sports advisory vertical, you will play a key role in driving a variety of strategic efforts including playing a central role in building and developing a client base in the region.

Description

* Assess the financial aspects of your recommendations to clients, while identifying and quantifying financial and non-financial benefits of proposed solutions

* Develop scope and staff resource plans for projects based off detailed discussions with clients to ensure you deliver the brief on time and in budget

* Influence clients and team members through modelling best practice behaviours and leading by example

* Lead business development activities for your vertical to identify new opportunities as well as maintain existing relationships through excellence of delivery

* Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities

Requirements

* Strong and proven experience in a strategy consulting or commercial due diligence role with a leading firm, specifically in the sporting space in the region

* Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed business school

* Strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills (Arabic language will be an advantage)

* Ability to supervise and coach staff on complex commercial analysis

* Experience working with clients to identify business needs and design consulting solutions
