Job Description

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a House Manager to keep the day-to-day operations and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Client’s residential property.

Ensures that the property is clean and safe they may also be responsible for handling any issues that arise this could include anything from dealing with plumbing problems or broken appliances to resolving disputes or responding to any emergencies and being flexible with work timings.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Managing day-to-day household schedules and calendars

– Event planning, organizing, and coordination

– Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs

– Making sure that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times

– Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed

– Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, and nannies

– Schedule and oversee necessary repairs and renovations

– Manage the household budget, including groceries, utilities, and other expenses

– Plan and prepare meals for the family, guests, and staff as needed

– Serve as a liaison between the family and outside vendors and service providers

– Handle all correspondence and communication on behalf of the family

– Arrange for transportation and travel accommodations as needed

– Handling household bills and administrative duties

– Running errands and performing necessary tasks

– Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items

Requirements

Requirements and Skills:

– Male applicants only

– Bachelor’s degree, property management, hotel/restaurant management, or related field

– 5+ years experience in a managerial role, preferably in a private household or luxury hospitality setting

– Proven track record of excellent customer service

– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

– Ability to work well under pressure and multitask

– Good communication skills is mandatory.
