Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Site Project Controls Manager

Competencies:

– Comprehensive understanding of WBS, CBS, OBS and other project coding structures.

– Sufficient knowledge of the disciplines of cost controlling, scheduling, risk management, change management and their interlinkages.

– Sufficient understanding of commercial and contractual aspects and constraints.

– Understanding of IT systems setup and implementation.

Experience:

– Actual project execution experience.

– Sufficient industry experience (petrochemicals) to understand the drivers of petrochemical projects, including track record of site delegations.

Requirements

Skills:

– Facilitation skills (for conducting workshops and interviews).

– Sufficient management skills to coordinate the work of this team.

– Advanced user of Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
