Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

– Build robust sales channels ensuring long-term customer relationships and sustainable revenue growth.

– Plan and implement business and sales strategies in line with company objectives.

– Oversee the development and execution of annual sales and marketing plans.

– Champion sales efficiencies, streamline processes to enhance productivity and conversion rates.

Financial Management:

– Manage Profit & Loss to meet financial targets.

– Oversee the annual budgeting process and align financial plans with sales objectives.

Customer Relations:

– Provide oversight to the customer onboarding processes.

– Continuously analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to fine-tune marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Team Leadership:

– Provide direction, mentorship, and support to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

– Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and identify development opportunities for team members.

– Address any performance-related issues promptly and constructively, implementing corrective measures when needed.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

– 10-15 years of experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC, including at least 5 years in a management role within a reputable organization.

– Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding.

– Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a necessary requirement.
