Description

You would be responsible for

* Operational Management – ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the bakery, including inventory management, product quality control, and production efficiency.

* Staff Management – recruits, hire, train, and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, sales associates, and administrative personnel

* P/L Management – responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures

* Marketing & Sales – Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bakery’s products and services.

* Strategic Planning – Develop long-term planning and goal-setting for the bakery.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a General Manager in the Bakery industry or a similar leadership role

* 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role

* Experience in planning and budgeting

* Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)

* Bachelor’s Degree is a must, MBA will be an advantage
