Objectives:

• Project Secretary & Documents Controller of Engineering Design Project

Main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the management and tracking of memorandums with the owner and the project team;
• Receiving and sending technical documents of each unit for filing;
• Printing and distribution of documents such as delivery note and inspection notice;
• Be responsible for the transmission and filing of procurement documents;
• Be responsible for file management;
• Submission, distribution and filing of documents;
• Track the submission status of drawings and documents assist the planning engineer in document;
• Sort out As-built documents;
• Summary and tracking of the comments of the owner and the third party
• Reporting to: Project General Manager/ Deputy Manager
• Other interactions: discipline leader, Client,Subcontractor,third party
• Number required: 1
• Duration: at least 1 year contract
• Desired start date: Sep 1,2023
• Probation: 30days

Requirements

• Academic: Undergraduate and above;
• Professional Qualification: Management or Engineering related major;
• Professional Knowledge and skills: Program management, project management, familiar with local laws and regulations as well as international industry standards, etc..
• Experience: More than 3 years’ experience in offshore engineering or related work.
• Certain level of Chinese listening preferred;
