Job Description

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading hotel group in Dubai, known for providing exceptional service and luxury accommodations. With several properties throughout the city, our client is committed to delivering an unforgettable guest experience. They are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Hotel General Manager to lead one of their flagship properties.


  • Oversee all operational and administrative functions of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and manage the hotel’s annual budget, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Hire, train, and manage department heads and staff, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure open communication and collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, financial statements, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape.
