* The Executive Director of Support Services will take charge of IT, HR and Procurement.

Description

* Strategic delivery and implementation of IT, Procurement and HR policies and procedures.

* Managing the organisation’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure smooth operations, data security, and alignment with technological advancements.

* Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the support services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

* Developing and implementing strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the support services department in alignment with the overall organisational strategy.

* Managing HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.

* Fostering strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to enhance procurement capabilities, negotiate favourable terms, and maximise value for the organisation.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or relevant field

* UAE National with Family Book.

* 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, procurement and/or HR, preferably in a government or large-scale organisation.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
