We are working with a Dubai-based interior architecture studio that specialises in high-end residential interior architecture and fit-out/joinery projects for its exclusive private clients. As a result of their continued growth, our client is looking to hire an experienced Head of Design or Studio Manager who will report to the CEO, managing and overseeing the company’s sophisticated design & build projects.

The Head of Design will oversee the interior architectural designs of high-end residential projects from interior design, joinery and FF&E, whilst managing the architectural design department.

This leadership role will manage the visual merchandising, layout and styling of current and future showrooms, in line with the company’s store-brand guidelines and design philosophy. Additionally, you will lead the creative efforts on clients’ projects, developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies.

The Head of Design will liaise with external suppliers in Europe to safeguard design reviews and supply chain requirements to meet the design specification and take the initiative to amend where necessary.

Requirements

Our client will look to hire a management level Interior Architect who has a minimum of 10 years of experience delivering high-end, luxury residential projects for HNW private clients. The incumbent will have a proven track record of providing sophisticated interior design/architectural solutions to demanding private clients, effectively communicating in a consultative, customer-focused manner.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant architectural Degree from an internationally recognised University and will be well-versed in architectural design software.
