Job Description

Employment: Full Time

 

Responsibilities:

 

* Identify potential suppliers, conduct market research, evaluate capabilities, and obtain competitive bids and proposals.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, manage contracts, and conduct performance reviews.

* Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

* Monitor and control costs throughout the procurement process, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

* Streamline and improve procurement processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between procurement activities and project timelines.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.

* Proven experience of at least 5 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

* Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Analytical mindset and ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
