Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

* Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for high-end villa.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, and interior designers to define project requirements and design intent.

* Organize and manage resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.

* Ensure that all project activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Project Monitoring and Control:

* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

* Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.

* Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

* Lead, motivate, and supervise project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

* Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project, finding effective and efficient solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and change requests.

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

* Conduct regular project meetings with clients to review progress, discuss milestones, and manage expectations.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

* A minimum of 8 years of experience.

* A Bachelors Degree in relevent discipline

* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple fit-out projects from conception to completion.

* Strong knowledge of fit-out construction processes, materials, and finishes for high-end residential projects.

* Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and permit processes in Dubai.

* Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

* Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage project teams.

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
