Job Description:

• Create visually stunning and intricate 3D cake designs, and bring concepts and ideas to life by sculpting, carving, and decorating cakes with precision and attention to detail.
• Proficiently work with fondant, gum paste, and other edible materials to sculpt and shape intricate details, such as characters, objects, and structures.
• Apply various colouring techniques to enhance the visual appeal of cakes, ensuring accurate colour matching and blending.
• Manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of cake decorations, plan and organize workflow, allowing sufficient time for intricate detailing and drying periods for different cake components.
• Collaborate with clients, cake designers, and bakery staff to understand design requirements and translate them into 3D cake creations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 30 to 45 years old
• Must have at least 6 years of UAE experience
