  • Refund Window: Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the initial purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Unused Services: Refunds will only be considered if the services were not utilized within the 15-day period. "Utilization" of services includes any engagement, consultation, or use of resources provided by Talent Arabia as part of the service agreement.
  • Discretion of Talent Arabia: All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Talent Arabia. Talent Arabia reserves the right to approve or deny refunds at its sole discretion, based on the specific circumstances of each request.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be labeled as non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • One-time consultations that have already been conducted.
  • Customized services where work has already commenced.
  • Any costs or fees incurred by Talent Arabia as part of the service preparation or delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • Talent Arabia will review the request and respond within 10 business days of receipt.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
