Highway Design Manager

• We are looking for an amazingly talented Highway Design Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to serve as the technical expert in roadway design, especially pertaining to Dubai and GCC standards, responsible for guiding a large team of engineers, ensuring project designs meet client expectations in Dubai, addressing complex design issues, and championing advanced 3D design methodologies and digital engineering evolution.

Requirements

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution
• Minimum 15 years experience in roads and highway design with experience leading a team
• Prior experience in a lead capacity with excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
• Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project
• Recent experience with latest highway design software and working in BIM environment including 3d clash detection beneficial
