We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer/Project Manager for an immediate start in Abu Dhabi.

As Project Engineer/Project Manager you will be responsible for:

– Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion;

– Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs;

– Overseeing onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations;

– Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors;

– Meeting contractual conditions of performance;

– Evaluating progress and preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status;

– Preventing problems and resolve any emerging ones;

– Analyzing, managing, and mitigating risks;

– Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques;

– Determining resources with attention to budgetary limitations;

Requirements

Candidates must have:

– Min 10 years experience as a Project Engineer/Manager in the UAE.

– Bachelor or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering

– Fully aware of all regulatory requirements.

– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
