Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals and market conditions.
    • Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and productivity.
    • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the waterproofing and coating services, ensuring efficiency and quality.
    • Manage the procurement of materials and ensure the proper maintenance of equipment.
    • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
    • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Ensure effective cost control and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
  • Sales & Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business development.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Oversee the bidding process for new projects and ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service offerings.
  • Client Relations:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
    • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    • Develop long-term relationships with key clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
    • Implement and monitor safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Development:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
