Employment: Full Time

The Project Director will be responsible for directing and managing a major development project in Saudi Arabia. This individual will work in close collaboration with the project team to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. The Project Director will be responsible for all aspects of the project, from initial planning and design through to construction and completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct all aspects of the development project from initial planning and design through to construction and completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Monitor progress of the project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the project team and coordinate their activities and tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and applicable laws.
• Negotiate contracts and manage external vendors.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Address and resolve project-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as a project director or similar role.
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
