Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide technical drawings and documents for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and be responsible for the accuracy of the drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Create and maintain detailed design drawings and specifications for MEP systems.
• Analyze building plans and related documents to determine the specifications of the MEP systems.
• Coordinate with other engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of MEP systems.
• Monitor changes and improvements in the design process.
• Maintain records of all drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project bids and cost estimates.
• Interpret applicable codes and regulations related to MEP systems.
• Assist in project management tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an MEP draftsman.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations related to MEP systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other related drafting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
