We are currently looking for a Project Manager -Civil and be responsible in overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction project on-site.

The role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution, completion, and delivery of the project within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

 

Will be based in Saudi Arabia -Riyadh

 

Your new role, what’s involved?

* Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.

* Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources.

* Oversee all construction activities on-site, specifications, and safety standards.

* Monitor progress against the project schedule and take corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.

* Manage subcontractors and contractors, ensuring that their work aligns with project requirements.

* Implement a robust quality control program to ensure that construction work meets established standards.

* Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues promptly.

* Ensure that all required tests and inspections are carried out and documented.

* Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring that the project remains within budget.

* Review and approve invoices and payment requests from contractors and vendors

* Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.

* Maintain open and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

* Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.

* Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project success and develop strategies to mitigate them

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, change orders, and correspondence.

* Generate comprehensive project reports and status updates as required.

* Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

* Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting their professional growth.

Requirements

 

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field?

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, with a focus on site supervision.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.

* PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
