Employment: Full Time

Required to join an international Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will join a team to implement a new asset management strategy across the organisation. Managing a team of people each one specialising a specific discipline ie Roads, Street Lighting, Bridges & Tunnels, Storm Water, Buildings & Facilities. You will lead this team to ensure that it supports the implementation of the Asset and Facilities Management program.

Requirements

– A degree or diploma in Facilities, Engineering or Operations

– A minimum 15 years experience

– Extensive Facilities Management & Asset Management expertise

– Motivated to achieve targets and able to implement change

– Experience of working in a multi-disciplined team on a large-scale projects

– Experience with AMS and GIS systems is desirable

– Proven track record in coaching and developing employees
