Project Manager (Geotechnical), Tunnel Construction Manager, Explosive Engineer, Technical (Design)

Job description for the above positions:

Responsibilities

• Must have between 20 – 25 years extensive experience in blasting and explosive tunnel field with NATM methods and at

least 15 years of blasting, tunnelling relevant experience is preferred.

• Candidate shall be able to coordinated, monitored, executed and in charge for civil engineering and tunnelling project.
• Attend regular site meeting and liaise with client’s representative and sub-contractors.
• Monitor overall technical matters for project.
• Provide technical solution & support, execution of health & safety plan, rules and regulations per ordinance, quality control

and perform site supervision.

• High ability of problem solving and multi-tasking.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree in Tunnel / Civil Engineering / Railway or equivalent.
• Min. 20 years working experience in the field of construction including min. 15 years of working experience related to

tunnel construction (i.e. HKIE, ICE or equivalent) is preferred.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Possess excellent leadership and management skills.
• Min. 5 years oversea working experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects in a multi-disciplinary

environment, preferably in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
