Our newest opportunity is for a talented Contracts Manager to join our award winning team based in Doha, Qatar delivering educational/medical projects. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the contract period and to assist in the review of contractual notices of claims.

 

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

– Demonstrated experience and capability in a wide range of Consultant Agreements and Construction Contracts.

– Demonstrate experience in complex projects from design through construction documents and implementation, including alternative forms of procurement.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven attention to detail

– Ability to maintain a positive client relationship and professional firm image.

– Understanding, identifying and assessing project and contract risks.

– Preparing and managing project contracts.

– Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written communication.

– Ability to organize, lead, and motivate people

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 18 years’ of experience in Commercial and Project Management, partnered with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline . Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience on medical/healthcare projects.

Chartership or professional membership is required for this role.
