Requirements

• Strong Main Contractors background
• Building Projects of £15-20 Million -Hotels , Residential , Mixed Use , Commercial , Retail , Education experience all fine
• Can you handle hard money ? This is not a fluffy PLC business but a dynamic , fast paced main contractor driven to make Margin %
• You will be handling a small team of 1-2 QS’s, manage consultant handling EOT Claim , maximize the variation account and handle all value & forecasting . You will be able to really get into the numbers and enjoy the detail .
