Our client is a European Multi-National Facilities Management company. They have an established Middle East operation and a portfolio of blue chip clients. They are currently seeking a Technical Services Manager to join their team FM team in the UAE. Candidates can be based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

The role will involve the following duties:

• Mobilization of contracts.
• Candidate will have some involvement with the Bid/Commercial team to help with pricing and estimations
• Have a full understanding of contract, KPI’s, and SLAs and management of Procurement and supplier management
• Understanding and creating scope of works
• Creating operational budgets

Requirements

• Degree – Engineering
• Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
• Knowledge of KPI and SLAs
• An in-depth knowledge of CAFM systems
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good report writing skills
