We are looking for Junior & Senior Recruitment Executive with an passion for interacting with Candidates, knowing their needs and understanding their skill and experience. The Recruiter has to source and work on full cycle of recruitment for excellent clients of the consultancy.

Profile Requirement:-

• Handling end to end recruitment process for middle & senior management level.
• Sourcing candidates through different channels of Recruitment like various Job Portals,

Professional Sites, Database, as well as through networking, headhunting, recommendations and referrals.

• Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Involvement in preliminary telephonic interview with candidates to ascertain their competencies, academic, experience, & communication skills and aspirations i.e. positions, salary, relocation aspects etc.
• Informing applicants about job responsibility, designation, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities & other related information.
• Responding to enquiries from candidates, managers about the recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organizations standards of privacy and confidentiality.
• Conducting Pre and post interview follow-up with the candidates. Client Co-ordination, Salary Negotiation, etc.
• Maintaining external Communication, including Postal, Telephone, e-mail, & the Web page.
• Client Co-ordination & maintaining good relation with client.

*Experience: Freshers / 6 months to 4 years.

*Compensation: Salary + Incentives + Bonus.

*For freshers training will be provided.
