Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements

Define KPIs and KRAs along with the manager, before hiring

Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

Define strategies to hire Senior level management

Set Hiring timeline and ensure adherence

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events, when needed.

Skills Required:

Proven experience as talent acquisition manager

Experience in full-cycle recruiting preferably IT and lateral hirings and employment

branding

Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
