Job Description

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
-Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and coordinating orientation sessions.
-Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files.
-HR Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits, processing payroll changes, and handling HR documentation.
-Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements related to employment practices.
-Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
-Reporting: Generate and maintain various HR reports and metrics as required.
-General Office Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
