Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals and market conditions.
- Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and productivity.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the waterproofing and coating services, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage the procurement of materials and ensure the proper maintenance of equipment.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure effective cost control and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business development.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the bidding process for new projects and ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service offerings.
- Client Relations:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Implement and monitor safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
