Job Description

Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and implementing projects and enhancements in Digital Channels
Applications including mobile banking systems, ensuring integration with core banking and
related systems.
Key Tasks and Duties
 Lead projects and implement changes in digital channel applications.
 Manage mobile banking application implementation with experience in iOS, Android, and
HarmonyOS.
 Utilize UI/UX development tools like Flutter and React Native.
 Ensure proper documentation, analysis, design, and testing of changes and new developments.
 Ensure smooth integration with backend systems including core banking, middleware, and
security components.
 Perform SIT, UAT, security, and performance testing support.
 Track and resolve application issues through cross-functional coordination.
 Follow DevOps practices and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
 Evaluate deliverables for compliance with project requirements.
 Conduct root cause analysis and prepare recommendations.
 Maintain high availability of test and production environments.

 Monitor business requirement changes and ensure solutions align with them.
 Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and advise on new solutions.
 Maintain project documentation and ensure regular updates to stakeholders.
 Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve incidents and deliver
enhancements.
 Ensure system availability and maintain service continuity.

Qualification
 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
