Social Media and Creative Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative social media and creative specialist to join our dynamic.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing the comprehensive social media
strategy for the Mall campaign, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing goals and objectives.

• Develop and maintain visual guidelines for corporate identity specific to Muscat Grand Mall.
• Standardize key visuals for annual campaigns, adapting them for targeted marketing initiatives.
• Create visually appealing adaptations of thematic, tactical, and personal communications in both
English and Arabic.
• Oversee in-mall branding initiatives.
• Analyze MALL ‘s current social media presence, including profiles, content, and engagement metrics.
• Formulate a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage followers,
generate leads, and drive sales.
• Identify target audiences for each campaign and develop tailored content that resonates with them.
• Write, edit, and schedule engaging content in English and Arabic across various platforms (Twitter,
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Incorporate dynamic elements such as Instagram Stories, GIFs, animations, Reels, IGTV, and carousel
posts.
• Edit and update materials received from tenants as needed; shoot high-quality tenant material using
professional phone equipment.
• Organize photography and videography sessions daily; cover events at the mall.
• Produce a minimum of 14 posts and 24 stories per month, along with two video content.
• Conduct at least one competition monthly and keep up with the latest trends in content creation.
• Respond promptly to comments and questions; moderate conversations and resolve disputes
effectively.
• Drive user engagement and increase interaction rates online.
• Set budgets, create ad campaigns, and track performance metrics.
• Manage social media buying and advertising campaigns to align with campaign goals.
• Measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns; track progress and make necessary
adjustments.
• Provide comprehensive monthly reports detailing campaign performance and insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and campaign execution.
